In international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and product delivery To the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases -

If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
